Nikke Shilling is an accomplished executive leader with over two decades of experience in health information management, regulatory compliance, and large-scale system implementation across hospital systems, government agencies, and physician practices. As aRegistered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), she has built a career centered on operational excellence, data integrity, and complex regulatory environments --- expertise that translates directly into the highly structured and compliance-driven aviation industry.

Throughout her career, Nikke has held senior leadership and consulting roles with organizations including Oracle (formerly Cerner), the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, and multiple healthcare systems nationwide. She has led enterprise-level implementations, coordinated cross-functional teams, and ensured successful system integrations across both domestic and international environments. Her work has consistently required precision, accountability, and adherence to strict regulatory frameworks – core competencies that align closely with aviation operations and safety culture.

Nikke’s leadership experience includes directing Health Information Management (HIM) departments, overseeing medical staff credentialing, and guiding organizations through accreditation processes such as JCAHO. She has a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing compliance risk, and managing complex projects from concept through execution.

In addition to her healthcare leadership background, Nikke currently serves as President of Sentinel Aviation Transition Group (SATG), where she plays a critical role in building and scaling the organization. Since January 2026, she has been responsible for the company’s financial oversight, scheduling coordination, and executive-level operational management. In this capacity, she leads strategic planning efforts, manages organizational infrastructure, and ensures disciplined execution of the company’s mission to transition military aviators into the civilian airline environment.

Her unique combination of regulatory expertise, operational leadership, and executive management provides Sentinel with a strong foundation as it develops within the aviation training sector.
